Pneumatic Combination Tools

Acme carries two models of plastic strapping tools to meet your pneumatic need whether you use polypropylene or polyester strapping.

Pneumatic Model

P356 (Friction Seal)

This pneumatic combination tool tensions, friction seals and cuts in one step. When your strapping requirement is not for heavy duty applications, then this 11.9 lbs. lightweight pneumatic tool is the answer. Tension force and sealing cycle times are adjustable.

Battery Combination Tools

P324& P325 (Friction Seal)

Use these two models anywhere without being dependent on a compressor or electrical outlet. The P325 has a maximum tension greater or equal to most pneumatic tools. Tension and seal times are adjustable. The P324 and P325 are Acme's most popular tools for vertical and horizontal strapping applications.

Manual Tools

Acme's manual combination tools eliminate the need for separate tensioners and sealers, improving packaging efficiency and reducing costs. These combination tools tension, apply a metal seal, and cut the strap in one quick step. For low volume strapping operations, Acme offers a two step system that provides and economical solution to package tensioning and sealing.

Manual Tensioners

Acme's manual tensioners work with both polyester and polypropylene strap for light and heavy-duty flat package applications. They are easy to operate and designed for safety.

Manual Sealers

After tensioning, the operation is completed with an Acme manual sealer. Several models are available based upon type, width and gauge of the strap.

Manual Strap Shears

Strap shears are ideal for maintaining clean cuts and for ease of use when cutting strap to specific lengths.
