| A power strap feeder is an excellent way to automate your strapping application. A one-person strapping operation, it reduces operator fatigue and increases efficiency. Its simple, yet rugged design increases flexibility and lowers maintenance requirements. Packages as large as 72" wide and 72" high can be be secured with plastic strapping (3/8"-5/8") or steel strapping (1/2"-3/4"). The pneumatic motor (60 psi) feeds strap up to 4 feet (1.22 meters) per second. Either a manual or power tool is used to tension and seal the package. A strap end sensor stop assembly is included. An optional pallet void feeding attachment (PVFA) can be added to the power strap feeder to feed strap through a wooden pallet, instead of under it. |
